KEBIJAKAN PENGIRIMAN

PT. Dwi Sentosa Nusantara ("Marindcare") berkomitmen untuk memproses dan mengirimkan setiap pesanan secepat mungkin dari gudang kami di Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
 
  • Proses Pesanan
  1. Pesanan akan diproses setelah pembayaran berhasil dikonfirmasi.
  2. Pesanan yang diterima pada hari kerja akan diproses dalam waktu 1 (satu) hari kerja.
  3. Pesanan yang diterima di luar jam operasional, pada hari Sabtu setelah pukul 14.00 WIB, hari Minggu, atau hari libur nasional akan diproses pada hari kerja berikutnya.
     
  • Metode Pengiriman
Marindcare bekerja sama dengan jasa pengiriman berikut:
 
  1. JNE
  2. J&T Express
  3. Lion Parcel

Untuk wilayah Surabaya dan area yang tercakup layanan instan, kami juga menerima pemesanan pickup instan melalui:
 
  • GoSend Instant
  • GrabExpress Instant

Jam Operasional Pickup Instan
Senin – Jumat: 09.00 – 16.00 WIB
Sabtu: 09.00 – 14.00 WIB
Minggu & Hari Libur Nasional: Tutup

Pesanan pickup instan yang diterima di luar jam operasional akan dijadwalkan pada jam operasional berikutnya.
 
  • Estimasi Waktu Pengiriman

Setelah pesanan diserahkan kepada jasa pengiriman, estimasi waktu pengiriman adalah sebagai berikut:
 

Surabaya (GoSend Instant / GrabExpress Instant): pada hari yang sama selama jam operasional dan tergantung ketersediaan kurir.
 

  • Surabaya (JNE / J&T / Lion Parcel): 1–2 hari kerja.

  • Jawa Timur: 1–3 hari kerja.

  • Pulau Jawa: 2–5 hari kerja.

  • Luar Pulau Jawa: 3–7 hari kerja.
     

Estimasi tersebut dapat berubah tergantung lokasi tujuan, jasa pengiriman yang dipilih, kondisi cuaca, serta kendala operasional di luar kendali kami.
 

  • Biaya Pengiriman
Biaya pengiriman dibayarkan secara terpisah dari harga produk dan dihitung berdasarkan alamat tujuan, berat paket, serta jasa pengiriman yang dipilih dan daapt dilakuan pembayaran saat paket diterima.

Untuk pengiriman reguler, kami akan membantu memilih opsi jasa pengiriman yang paling efisien dan ekonomis sesuai dengan lokasi pelanggan.

Untuk layanan Cash on Delivery (COD), pembayaran dilakukan langsung oleh pelanggan kepada pihak jasa pengiriman sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Selain pengiriman reguler melalui JNE, J&T Express, dan Lion Parcel, kami juga melayani pickup instan melalui GoSend Instant dan GrabExpress Instant pada jam operasional berikut:
 
  • Senin – Jumat : 09.00 – 16.00 WIB
  • Sabtu : 09.00 – 14.00 WIB
  • Minggu & Hari Libur Nasional : Tutup

 
  • Pelacakan Pesanan
Nomor resi akan diberikan setelah pesanan dikirim sehingga pelanggan dapat melacak status pengirimannya melalui website atau aplikasi resmi penyedia jasa pengiriman.

SHIPPING POLICY

PT. Dwi Sentosa Nusantara (“Marindcare”) is committed to processing and dispatching every order as quickly as possible from our warehouse in Surabaya, East Java.

  • Order Processing

  1. Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

  2. Orders received on working days will be processed within 1 (one) working day.

  3. Orders received outside of operating hours, on Saturdays after 14:00 WIB, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
     

  • Delivery Methods

Marindcare partners with the following courier services:
 

  1. JNE

  2. J&T Express

  3. Lion Parcel
     

For the Surabaya area and areas covered by instant delivery services, we also accept instant collection orders via:
 

  • GoSend Instant

  • GrabExpress Instant
     

Instant Pick-up Operating Hours
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 16:00 WIB
Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00 WIB
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
 

Instant pick-up orders received outside operating hours will be scheduled for the next operating hours.
 

  • Estimated Delivery Times

Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
 

Surabaya (GoSend Instant / GrabExpress Instant):
same day during operating hours, subject to courier availability.

  • Surabaya (JNE / J&T / Lion Parcel): 1–2 working days.

  • East Java: 1–3 working days.

  • Java Island: 2–5 working days.

  • Outside Java Island: 3–7 working days.

 

​These estimates are subject to change depending on the destination, the chosen delivery service, weather conditions and operational issues beyond our control.

  • Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are paid separately from the product price and are calculated based on the delivery address, the weight of the parcel, and the chosen delivery service; payment can be made upon receipt of the parcel.

 

For standard delivery, we will assist in selecting the most efficient and cost-effective delivery option based on the customer’s location.

 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) services, payment is made directly by the customer to the delivery provider in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

 

In addition to standard delivery via JNE, J&T Express and Lion Parcel, we also offer instant collection via GoSend Instant and GrabExpress Instant during the following operating hours:

 

  • Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 16:00 WIB

  • Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00 WIB

  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

 

 

  • Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched, allowing customers to track the delivery status via the courier’s official website or app.
